Stress Management through Family Connection Program Continues in February Sunday, February 5, 2012 at 2:30 - 4:00pm Sunday, February 12, 2012 at 2:00 - 3:45pm Sunday, February 26, 2012 at 2:30 - 4:00pm
In collaboration with Wellspring Lifestyle, MyGOAL is offering a program that specifically addresses stress management and enhanced connection for families faced with Autism. Applicable families will commit to a 3 month program (January-April) that includes stress management, relaxation and family counseling.
